Learned counsel for petitioner submits that principal prayer in this writ petition was to set aside inclusion of schedule property, as described in writ petition, in the prohibited list maintained under Section 22A(1)((b) of Registration Act, 1908 by Sub-Registrar, Gunadala.
2. While referring to counter filed on behalf of respondent No.2,
learned counsel for petitioner submits that this writ petition is rendered
infructuous insofar as this prayer is concerned as it is specifically stated therein that property in Survey No.142/3 of Gunadala Village no longer stands included in prohibited list of properties.
3. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as above, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty to petitioner to present requisite documents for registration. Necessary action thereon, needless to say, would be taken by official respondents in accordance with law, subject to completion of all formalities and requirements. No costs. Pending application(s), if any, stand(s) disposed of accordingly.
