Heard learned Counsel Mr. R. De for the accused-applicants and learned Page No.# 2/3 Addl.Public Prosecutor Mr. R. J. Baruah for the respondent State. 2. This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre arrest bail to the accused applicants who are apprehending arrest connection with Nilambazar P.S. Case No. 55/2026 corresponding to G.R. No. 499/2026 under Section 126(2)/117(2)/74(3(5) of the BNS, 2023. 3. Learned Addl.Public Prosecutor submits that charge sheet in the instant case has already been filed being CS No. 53/2026, dated 30.06.2026. 4. A co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 26.06.2026 has granted interim pre- arrest bail to the accused-applicants and accordingly in terms of the aforesaid order, the accused –applicants have already appeared before the investigating Officer and got their statements recorded. 5. The learned Counsel for the accused-applicants submits that in view of the aforesaid, liberty should be granted to accused applicants to appear before the learned jurisdictional court for appropriate relief. 6. Taking into account the aforesaid, this instant application is disposed of with a liberty to the accused applicants to appear before the jurisdictional trial court within 15 days from passing of this order, if so advised and till that date, the interim order dated 26.06.2026 shall stand extended. 7.
