The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to demolish the unauthorized construction being raised by respondents no.5 and 6 at property bearing no. D-10, Vijay Vihar. Phase-I, Near Mangal Bazaar Road, Delhi-110085 (‘subject property’). 2. It is stated that the petitioner is an immediate neighbour. Photographs have been filed along with the petition to show the construction being carried out at the subject property. 3. Mr. Kapil Dutta, Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of MCD on advance notice, submits that the subject property has been booked and a Show Cause Notice under Section 344(1) and 343 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation (‘DMC’) Act. 1957 has been issued on 7th July, 2026 against This is a digitally signed order.
