Petitioner herein, who had been held guilty for committing offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, had filed an appeal before the Court of Sessions. He was aggrieved by one interim order dated 16.04.2026 passed by learned First Appellate Court. 2. It has, however, now been informed that the abovesaid appeal has already been disposed of by learned First Appellate Court on 29.05.2026. Such appeal has been dismissed and the petitioner, herein, has already been taken into custody. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner would take further appropriate steps as permissible under law. He, however, submits that, in view of the abovesaid development, the petition be disposed of, as having become infructuous. 4.
