In this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:- “1. That by way of filing instant Writ Application, the Petitioners pray for issuing the Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents authority to remove electrical equipment such as Main LT Panel, Busbar, Trunking and distribution Board installed for electricity supply to all flats of apartment building, from my personal parking area situated in Global Height, Bali Bagicha, Argora, P.O. Doranda, P.S. Argora, District- Ranchi. AND/OR Be pleased to pass such other Writ/Writ(s), Order/Order(s), Direction/Direction(s), as YOUR LORDSHIPS may deem fit and proper for doing conscionable justice to the Petitioner.” 3. Admittedly, the petitioners are residing in a multi- story building and it is their grievance that the electricity panel has been installed in the parking area, as a result of which the petitioners are facing difficulty. It is the prayer of the petitioners that the same be removed. 2026:JHHC:15199 Page | 2 4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that it is the decision of the occupants who had provided the space where the panel has been fixed. He submits that the panel has been fixed by the private agencies to which the State or Jharkhand Bijali Vitaran Nigam Limited has got no say. 5. Considering the submissions, I find that this writ is mis-conceived. 6. The petitioners should try to resolve the dispute amicably amongst the residence of the building or the petitioners may approach the appropriate forum. 7.
