Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a copy of communication dated 05.03.2026 issued by Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. The same is taken on record. 2. A perusal of the same reveals that the Principal of the School, where the petitioner is working, has been directed to fix the pay of the petitioner, subject to final outcome of LPA being filed by the State and in case the outcome of the LPA goes 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 in favour of the Department, the petitioner is bound to refund the amount so paid to him. 3. Since the respondents have taken steps to implement the judgment dated 05.12.2025, passed in CWP No.19171 of 2025, titled, Khechok Zangpo vs. State of H.P. and Others and learned Additional Advocate General assures this Court that the benefits will be given to the petitioner, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the Principal of the School does not fix the pay and release the arrears in favour of the petitioner within a period of 8 weeks’ from today in terms of the directions given by this Court, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
