By means of the present criminal miscellaneous application under Section 528 of BNSS, the applicants have sought for quashing of the summoning order dated 04.05.2022 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Kashipur in Criminal Complaint Case No.126 of 2022, Shamsher Singh vs. Kulwant Singh and others, under Sections 147, 323, 325, 504 & 506 IPC, Police Station I.T.I., District Udham Singh Nagar and also quashing of the entire proceedings of the said criminal complaint case. 4. The criminal miscellaneous application has been filed along with an urgency application and also compounding application. Urgency Application (IA No.2 of 2026) is allowed. 5. The applicants and the respondents are present in person. On an interaction, the respondent has made a statement before this Hon’ble Court that he has settled the disputes and differences with the applicants and he does not wish to pursue this case any further. 6. In view of the said submission of the respondent in person, the Compounding Application (IA No.1 of 2026) is allowed. The proceedings of Criminal Complaint Case No.126 of 2022, Shamsher Singh vs. Kulwant Singh and others, under Sections 147, 323, 325, 504 & 506 IPC, are hereby quashed. Consequently, all the proceedings emanating therefrom stand quashed in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties. 7.
