As per the order dated 05.02.2026, this Court disposed of the petition by directing respondent No.2 (respondent herein) to look into the complaint/representation (Annexure P-2 in the criminal petition) in a time-bound manner. 3. Learned State counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits a copy of the communication issued by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ludhiana (Rural), to the Assistant Registrar (Criminal) of this Court, whereby it is informed that the aforesaid complaint/representation has already been decided. A copy of the communication dated 12.03.2026 is taken on record. Another copy thereof is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
