CMP No. 6826 of 2026 The present application has been moved in a decided matter, with a prayer to update the record on account   of   death   of   respondent   No.   5(a)   Sardar Mohinder Singh.  As per the application, respondent No. 5(a)   Sardar   Mohinder   Singh   expired   on   02.02.2025, leaving   behind   the   LRs,   whose   names   have   been mentioned in para 2 of the application.  Along with the application, death certificate of Sardar Mohinder Singh has been annexed.   According to the death certificate, Mohinder Singh expired on 02.02.2025. 2. Since, the application has been made with a prayer to update the record, as such, the application under   consideration   is   allowed   and   the   LRs   of respondent No. 5(a) are ordered to be brought on record as   respondents   No.   5(a)(i)   to   5(a)(iv). Ordered accordingly.  Application stands disposed of. CMP No. 6827 of 2026 3. By way of the present application, a prayer has been made, on behalf of the applicants namely Smt. Nachhatar   Kaur   wife   of  Sh.   Mohinder   Singh,  Inderjit Singh   and   Manjit   Singh,   both   sons   of   Sh.   Mohinder Singh, Jasvir Kaur daughter of Mohinder Singh, Sardar Karam Singh, Sardar Bant Singh, Sardar Gian Singh, Sardar Jageer Singh, who have been impleaded in FAO No. 57 of 2017 as respondents No. 5(a)(i) to 5(a)(iv), 5(b), 5(c),   5(d)   and   5(e),   to   release   the   amount   of compensation, in their favour. 4. The above said FAO has been decided by this Court on 10.04.2025. 5. In view of the no objection made by the non­ applicant,  the  amount  of compensation falling  to the respective shares of above named applicants, as per the apportionment, made in FAO No. 91 of 2017, along with up to date interest, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants, by remitting the same to their respective bank   accounts,   particulars   of   which   have   been mentioned in para 4 of the application.
