Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 13.02.2026 passed by this Court in MCRC No. 1573 of 2026, the name of the applicant’s counsel has been wrongly typed as “Mr. VAIBHAV SINGH Digitally signed by VAIBHAV SINGH Date: 2026.03.03 15:29:41 +0530 2 Rishi Rahul Soni” instead of “Mr. Shreyansh Pathak”, and the same needs to be corrected accordingly. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection to the same. 4. Accordingly, in the order dated 13.02.2026 passed by this Court in MCRC No. 1573 of 2026, the name of the applicant’s counsel shall be read as “Mr. Shreyansh Pathak” instead of “Mr. Rishi Rahul Soni”. 5.
