Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that instant petition can be disposed of by giving directions to the respondents to decide the representation filed by the petitioner in light of Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No. 1665/2024). 2. Heard. 3. This Court directs the respondents/competent authority to consider the representation of the petitioner and decide the same within a period of 30 days from the date of passing of this order, strictly in accordance with law, as per the ratio encapsulated in Pawan Meena (Supra) and Circular issued by the Chief [2026:RJ-JP:32101] (2 of 2) [CW-13853/2026] Secretary for the State of Rajasthan, dated 19.02.2024 (No. i- 10¼1½ izlq-@vuqq-&1@2012). 4.
