Petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs:- RUKHSAR BANO Digitally signed by RUKHSAR BANO Date: 2026.02.17 11:07:39 +0530 2 “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to consider and decide petitioner pending representation dated 23.09.2025 within a stipulated time in accordance with law. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may be further be pleased to direct respondents not to compel the petitioner to performed duties beyond the permissible limit of 17 days in a month and to at strictly in compliance with the binding instruction issued by the Commissioner MANREGA. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief's in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has already submitted a representation raising grievance before respondent No.3, as raised in this writ petition, which till date is pending consideration and, therefore, at this stage, respondent No.3 be directed to take decision on pending representation submitted by petitioner at the earliest, within a specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the reliefs sought for by the petitioner is against respondent No.3, for whom, he is not appearing. 4. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to take decision on the claim of the petitioner as submitted by way of representation in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 04 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3 5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. 6. Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
