Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case and is in custody for more than 1 year.
Learned advocate for the State submits that already charges have been framed, 5 witnesses have been examined and the prosecution of vulnerable witnesses are left.
A report has been submitted before this Court which reflects that the date has been fixed by the learned Trial Court continuously from 9th March, 2026 to 7th April, 2026. The same elaborates regarding the proposed witnesses to be examined.

Be that as it may, prosecution would take steps to implement the examination of the witnesses on the date so fixed in the report.
At this stage I do not intend to enter into the merits of the case.
Petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court after 30th April, 2026.
With the aforesaid observations the bail application being CRM (M) 1327 of 2025 is dismissed at this stage.
Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.
All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
