Since the Writ Petition has been filed challenging initiation of the proceeding so initiated vide Memorandum dated 06.10.2025 under Annexure-4, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. It is open for the petitioner to file the reply by taking all the points available to him before the Disciplinary Authority. 4. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
