This writ petition has been filed by petitioners challenging action of respondent bank in proceeding to conduct auction of property in proceedings initiated under Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short “SARFAESI Act”). 2. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that auction in question could not be concluded for want of bidders, therefore, present writ petition as such is rendered infructuous. However, liberty may be afforded to petitioners to pursue statutory remedies as may be available to them in respect of any other grievance subsisting or arising herein after with regard to proceedings under SARFAESI Act initiated against them. 3.
