R. Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. P. Barthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. 2. This application, under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, is preferred by the Page No.# 2/3 applicant, namely, Ashique Uddin, who has been apprehending arrest in connection with Doboka P.S. Case No. 198/2025, registered under Sections 299/196 of the of BNS, 2023, read with Sections 5(1)/7/13 of the Cattle Preservation Act, 2011. 3. It is to be noted here that the aforementioned case has been registered on the basis of one FIR lodged by one S.I. Paresh Das, Doboka Police Station, on 10.10.2025. The essence of allegation against the present applicant, in the FIR dated 10.10.2025, is that he is found to be involved in slaughtering of cattle, at the backside of his house, situated at Chandanpur village; and also involved in illegal selling and transportation of cow meat (beef), and approximately 40 kg of suspected raw cow meat (beef) was recovered in an abandoned condition, at the backside of his house. 4. Mr. Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that the applicant was granted the privilege of interim pre-arrest bail, vide order dated 24.03.2026, and accordingly, the applicant had appeared before the I.O., and that he has been cooperating with the investigation agency and therefore, he has contended to make the interim order, dated 24.03.2026, absolute, in the same terms and conditions. 5. Per contra, Mr. Barthakur, learned APP for the State respondent, submits that though he was directed to produce the case diary before this Court, yet, he has not received the same. And as per his instruction, after completion of investigation, the I.O. has submitted charge-sheet, being charge-sheet No. 36/2026, dated 28.04.2026, before the learned Trial Court. Page No.# 3/3 6. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for both the parties and also in view of submission of charge-sheet by the I.O. against the present applicant, after completion of the investigation, this Court is inclined to dispose of this application, by directing the applicant to appear before the learned Trial Court on or before 10.09.2026, and to apply for regular bail. And in the event of filing such an application, the learned Trial Court shall consider the same in accordance with law. 7. Till then, the interim order dated 24.03.2026, stands extended. 8.
