By this application, the applicant has prayed for correction in the order dated 06.08.2026, passed by this Court in AB/1788/2026 to the effect that the name of the father of the petitioner as well as the address of the petitioner was wrongly reflected in the cause title of the said order. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that the father of the petitioner's name is, late Hem Kt. Choudhary and the resident of the petitioner is Helcha, near Hari Mandir, P.S. Salmara Out Post, District Nalbari, Assam, Pin.-781338. Page No.# 3/4 4. It is however seen that in the case details, recorded in the CIS, the name of the father of the petitioner as well as the address of the petitioner was same as is reflected in the order dated 06.08.2026. Further, in the original petition, that is, AB/1788/2026, the name of the father of the petitioner was shown as late Hemlet Choudhury, and the address of the petitioner was shown as Helcha, near Hari Mandir, P.S. Salmara Out Post, District Nalbari, Assam. Although the name of the father of the petitioner was wrongly mentioned in the original Anticipatory Bail application, but the address that was stated is same as has been stated now by way of this interlocutory application. However, it has been seen as has been stated above that in the CIS, the name of the father and the address given is the same as is reflected in the order of this court on 06.08.2026. 5. It is seen in the notice issued by the investigating officer under section 35(3) of the BNSS, 2023 that the address of the petitioner was shown as Helcha, near Hari Mandir, P.S. Salmara Out Post, Nalbari. However, in the affidavit filed along with the AB/1788/2026, the name of the father of the petitioner was shown as late Hemlet Choudhary. 6. But the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits by way of this instant interlocutory application that the actual name of the father of the petitioner is Mr. Hem kt. Choudhary. 7. In view of the same, the name of the father of the applicant/petitioner be read as Mr. Hem kt. Choudhary, and the address of the petitioner be also read as Helcha, near Hari Mandir, P.S. Salmara Outpost, District Nalbari, Assam, Pin- 781338. 8. The present order be read along with the order dated 06.08.2026 passed Page No.# 4/4 by this Court in AB/1788/2026. 9. Further, the Registry is directed to correct the name of the father as well as the address of the applicant/petitioner as mentioned in this order in the CIS. 10.
