The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking directions to the respondents not to entertain anyone else with respect to property bearing No. 22, Rajinder Park, Old Rajinder Nagar, Delhi-110060, 1/2 undivided share, except the petitioner, and to direct MCD not to proceed with the mutation, tax registration, etc., with respect to the property in dispute. 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an old lady and that she has an estranged son and a relative in whose favour she had executed a power of attorney.
