The petitioner has been issued a show-cause notice regarding Case Crime No. 37 of 2025, under Sections 3(5), 115(2), 351(2), 352 and 110 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Maharajganj District Azamgarh, while making his application for the issue of a fresh passport. 3. Let the petitioner appear before the Regional Passport Officer, Lucknow and file a reply within ten days of date, together with such material on which he wishes to rely, explaining the imputed act of suppression. The Regional Passport Officer, Lucknow shall pass necessary orders expeditiously on the said application. 4. This petition stands disposed of in terms of the orders aforesaid. 5.
