It was further submitted that the said Devadoss has previous cases against him, and proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C. have already been initiated against him, for which a bond has been executed. Further, he fairly admitted that no previous case is pending against the petitioner and therefore, the provisions of Section 110 Cr.P.C.would not be arrived to the petitioner.
