Mishra, Advocate ---- 02/14.05.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chas (M) P.S. Case No.07 of 2026, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 127(2), 221, 132, 324(4), 351(2) and 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bokaro. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be practicing Advocate of Dhanbad Civil Court and there was scuffle between two groups and pursuant to that road blockage have been made. He further submits that the said allegation is there against 29 named persons and 100 to 150 unknown persons. He then submits that the petitioner was only 2026:JHHC:14880 --2-- A.B.A. No. 2538 of 2026 standing there while she was on the way to the Court and even she was in uniform of the Advocate. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there of blocking the road. 5. In the FIR it has been alleged that 29 named persons and 100 to 150 persons were agitating and scuffle took place pursuant to that road blockage was made. The petitioner is said to be lady Advocate of Dhanbad Civil Court and she was on the way to the Court and there was fight and road blockage she was standing there, prima facie it cannot be ruled out. In the attending facts and circumstances of this case, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bokaro in connection with Chas (M) P.S. Case No.07 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated 14.05.2026 Sangam/
