Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the next date of listing before the concerned Court on the subject matter is 22.06.2026. 3. In that light, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on the next ensuing date. 4. Subject to the said condition, the non-bailable warrant hanging on the head of the petitioner shall stand suspended. 5. In the event the petitioner would not appear on 22.06.2026, the concerned Court shall treat this order as revival of the non-bailable warrant and take appropriate action against the petitioner.
