Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru in M.C. No.: 5588 of 2025. The same was referred to mediation; and through a settlement dated 22.01.2026, the Petitioner and the Respondent arrived at an amicable settlement for all the disputes between them. Based on the said successful mediation, the Lrd. Trial Court in M.C. No.: 5588 of 2025 recorded the settlement and passed a decree of divorce dated 29.01.2026.
