This is the third bail application of the applicant who has been arrested on 05.12.2023 in Crime No. 384/2023 registered at Police Station Pandri, District Raipur (C.G.) for the offences under Section 307, 294, 34 of IPC and Section 25 and 27 of the Arms Act. 2. The first bail application of the applicant has been dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 13.06.2024 passed in MCRC No. 3688/2024. The second bail application of the applicant has also been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 29.04.2025 passed in MANISH YADAV Digitally signed by MANISH YADAV Date: 2026.02.06 12:27:26 +0530 2 MCRC No. 3209/2025. 3. It transpires from the order dated 13.06.2024 when the first bail application of the applicant was dismissed and the learned trial Court was directed to expedite the trial and when the applicant pursued his second bail application, the copy of the order sheets of the trial Court was not filed by the applicant along with his second bail application. However, the order sheet which was filed along with the bail application, it transpires that the charges have been framed on 01.08.2024 and notices and bailable warrants have been issued to the witnesses and the second bail application was dismissed after considering that no change in circumstances. Hence this third bail application. 4. On 16.01.2026, when this third bail application was came up for hearing, it was adjourned on the request made by the learned counsel for the applicant for filing of the order sheets of the learned trial Court as to show the progress of the trial of the case, however, despite taking time, the copy of the order sheets of the learned trial Court has not been submitted by the applicant. Even no one appears on behalf of the applicant to pursue the present bail application and no representation is made on his behalf. 5. In view of the above, I do not find any further change in the circumstances and accordingly, the third bail application of the applicant Sheikh Surfan @ Sonu is rejected.
