The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the Judicial Department and the Appellate Authority to consider and dispose of the appeal preferred by him against the order of the learned District Judge, Purba Bardhaman in connection with Departmental Proceeding Case No. 01 of 2024. 3.
