Admittedly, the period for which the petitioner was granted the right to maintain the said swimming pool has come to an end. The respondents have raised a demand for payment of certain amounts from the petitioner towards certain dues which she is liable to pay as per the terms of the contract. The petitioner is unable to show how the said demand raised by the respondents is erroneous. The petitioner also admits that her right to maintain the swimming pool as per the contract is over. 2. As the petitioner has failed to show how the demands are raised against her are illegal and also for the reason that she no longer has the right to maintain the swimming pool in terms of the contract, the Writ Petition stands dismissed.
