1. By way of this MCC, counsel for petitioner has sought modification of

order it is mentioned in para 02 that amount awarded has also been disbursed. He also submits that in para no. 04 it is mentioned that the writ petition was disposed of with a direction to move an application before respondent no. 3 seeking interest only and not the amount of award.

Learned counsel for State submits that in view of the pleadings made in application as also the contents of order, she is having no objection.
3. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties and also perused the writ petition enclosed along with this MCC.
4. Perusal of writ petition bearing WPC No. 6244 of 2025 would show that petitioner has specifically pleaded that in the petition amount of award is not disbursed in his favor and on account of delay in disbursement of amount of the award he is also entitled for interest.
5. In the aforementioned facts of the case, this MCC is allowed. First three lines of para no. 02 of impugned order dated 02.12.2025 would now be read as “Learned counsel for petitioner submits that land of petitioner was acquired by respondent authorities and the amount of amount is not disbursed” instead of “ Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that land of the petitioner was acquired by the respondent authorities and amount of award was also disbursed.”
6. Also in para no. 04 third line will now be read as “ permitting the petitioner to move an application before respondent no. 03 seeking disbursement of amount of award along with interest” instead of
“permitting the petitioner to move an application before respondent no. 03 seeking interest.”

7. Registry is directed to make this order part of writ petition bearing WPC No. 6244 of 2025.
