1. On hearing the learned advocates representing the petitioner and State respondents it appears that issue involved in this writ petition pertains to waqf property.
2. It is submitted by the learned advocate representing the State respondents that writ petition is not maintainable and the petitioner is required to approach Waqf Tribunal.
3. Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the parties writ petition stands dismissed as found to be not maintainable.
4. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach the Waqf Tribunal on the selfsame cause of action.
