Vide PUD dated 21.11.2025, Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg (C.G.) has sought further extension of time to dispose of Civil Suit No. 101-A/2025 newly registered as Civil Suit No. 680/2025 (Dayanand Sonkar vs. Deepmala Sonkar) after transferred from Family Court, Janjgir Champa (C.G.) which was directed to dispose of preferably within period of four months from the date of receipt of the record from the transferring Court vide order dated 01.07.2025 passed in TPC No.87/2025 (Deepmala Sonkar vs. Dayanand Sonkar) by this Court.
3. Considering the reasons mentioned in the request letter, further time of four months from today i.e. 02.01.2026 is granted with regard to disposal of the case mentioned herein above. It is further directed to the concerned Family Court not to extend hearing on casual manner. Further, if the case is not decided within aforesaid period and further time is sought, then copy of all the order-sheets are to be sent along with extension application.
