The grievance of the petitioner is that in terms of transfer order dated 01.06,2025 (Annexure P-1), she has been transferred from the Office of DDH, Nahan, Distt. Sirmour, H.P. (H.Q.) to PCDO, Shirumaila, under Complex DDH, Nahan, District Sirmour, H.P. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in light of the fact that the petitioner is physically disabled person, the station to which she has been transferred does not suits her. He further submits that though in compliance to the transfer order the petitioner has already joined the station to which she stands transferred, but interest of justice would be served in case the 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 respondents are directed to sympathetically consider her request for her posting at some other convenient station. 4. In light of the submissions made by learned Counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with the direction that in case the petitioner approaches the Authority for her adjustment at some other station, then an appropriate call be taken on her representation within a period of six weeks as from the date of receipt thereof keeping into consideration the fact that the petitioner is a physically disabled person and is engaged just as a Beldar.
