In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the operative portion of the order dated 29.09.2026 in Crl.P.No.8430 of 2026 by substituting “Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kuppam” in place of “III Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tirupati”. The Registry is further directed to issue the amended order copy accordingly. All other directions in the original order shall remain unchanged.
