The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, representing the respondent No. 4, placed on record a copy of written instructions of the Executive Engineer, PRI Division, Kakinada, vide Lr. No. EE / PRI Div. / KKD/A6/ W.P.No.26104 of 2026, dated 22.09.2026, wherein it was stated as follows:-
“1) The payment for the work claimed by the petitioner is admissible.
3 BSB, J W.P. No.26104 of 2026 2) The bill will be submitted in NIDHI portal soon after receipt of budget under SDF grant. 3) Obtain six (6) months time for payment. 4) Certified that these instructions are issued by the respondent No. 4 as per office records.”

In the light of the written instructions admitting partial liability, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondents to pay the admitted amount. 5. Having regard to the submissions made on both the sides, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to release the amount of Rs. 6,33,674/- (rupees six lakhs thirty three thousand six hundred and seventy four only) to the petitioner along with the interest, if any, as per the lawful entitlement, within a period of one (01) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
