Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 26.12.2023 and in spite of direction passed by this Court the trial of the case has not been concluded. On the other hand, Mr. Das, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State submits that the examination- in-chief of the Investigating Officer is over and the cross- examination of the Investigating Officer is in progress. Having regard to the stage of the case, I am of the view that at this belated stage the prayer for bail would jeopardize the further progress of the case. Accordingly, CRM (M) 2902 of 2025 is dismissed. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
