This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 for granting pre- arrest bail to the petitioner, namely Rajim Uddin Mia @ Razim Uddin Mia, apprehending arrest in connection with Silchar P.S. Case No. 1171/2025 Page No.# 2/2 (G.R. Case No. 1932/2025) registered Sections 125/ 271/ 316(2)/ 319(2)/ 336(2) of the BNS, 2023. 3. The learned Addl. P.P. has submitted that the case is culminated in charge sheet. 4. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has been functioning as medical practitioner without possessing any medical degree. 5. Pursuant to the interim protection granted by this court, it is submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the I.O. and cooperated in the investigation, which is now complete and the case is ready for trial. 6. Having regard to the above and the nature of the allegation, it would not be necessary to take the petitioner in custody during course of the trial. Accordingly, interim order dated 13.02.2026 is hereby made absolute, subject to the conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and shall participate in the trial as and when one commences. 7.
