The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 10.09.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.17077/2025 (S-RES). 2. A plain reading of the said order indicates that the court had directed "stay of Annexure-H dated 24.07.2025, till next date of hearing". 3. A plain reading of the complaint indicates that the petitioner's challenge in the writ petition was to the order dated 24.07.2025 (Government Order No.HD 54 SHG 2025, Bengaluru) whereby, the government had ordered removal of the complainant from the post of the Honorary Secretary. The said order was passed pursuant to the recommendation dated 29.05.2025, whereby the accused had recommended removal of the complainant from service based on an enquiry report furnished by the Women's Internal Redressal Committee alleging that the complainant had misbehaved with one of the women home guards. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:7366-DB CCC No. 1610 of 2025 4. The complainant alleges that he has not been reinstated to service. 5. We note that the order removing the complainant was stayed and no further directions were issued by the learned Single Judge. Therefore, there is no order which required the complainant to be placed in any specific post. Further, we note that the order, disobedience of which is alleged, is an ad interim order. In the given circumstances, we are not persuaded to accept that any proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 are required to be initiated. 6.
