The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Simariya PS Case No.172 of 2025, for offence registered under section 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 351(3), 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and there are case and counter case between the parties and in view of that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that there is direct allegation of assault and pursuant to that, grievous injury has been received by the informant. 5. Looking to the contents of the FIR it transpires that the vehicle of the informant was stopped by the petitioner and another and thereafter assault was made by way of rod and pursuant to that, the injury has been received on the head and that is said to be grievous in nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected and consequently, this anticipatory bail application is, hereby, dismissed.
