After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to move before the learned court by way of filing regular bail application. 3. Learned counsels for the State and informant have got no objection. 4. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 5.
