The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ichak P.S. Case No. 299 of 2020, registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that once upon a time, the petitioner was owner of the said motorcycle which was utilized in robbery and to buttress his argument, he refers to Annexure 2 which is the agreement by which the said motorcycle has been sold. He next submits that even in the charge sheet, it has come that the said motorcycle has been stolen by the co-accused persons, who have utilized the same in the said robbery. He also submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 12 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of utilizing the said motorcycle in the crime. 5. Considering that in the charge sheet itself, it has come that the said motorcycle was stolen and prior to that the petitioner has already sold the said motorcycle to another person by way of Annexure 2 and the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 12 of the petition, in the attending facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag, in connection with Ichak P.S.
