By way of the present interlocutory application, the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the connected writ petition, being WP(c)346(AP)2026, pending adjudication before this Court, with liberty to pursue the statutory remedy of preferring an appeal under Section 12 of the Arunachal Pradesh Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants Act), 2003, which is stated to be pending consideration before the Deputy Commissioner, Itanagar Capital Complex. 3.
