The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chandil P.S. Case No.144 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. No.379 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 290, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the IPC and Section 47(a) of Excise Act, pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Chandil. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of Urban Cruiser car. He further submits that the allegations are made of carrying liquor and the said vehicle was found near the godown where the allegations are made of keeping spurious liquor. He then submits that the name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement. He next submits that owner of another vehicle has been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in A.B.A. No.3533 of 2024. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement. 5. Considering that owner of another vehicle has been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.A. and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 18 of this application and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Chandil in connection with Chandil P.S. Case No.144 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. No.379 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.)
