Virender Singh, Judge (oral) Petitioner M/s The Trance has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against order dated 2.6.2026, passed by the learned Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi, whereby the interim application for urgent hearing has been dismissed. The said application was 2 filed in a pending appeal, which was filed by the petitioner against the decision of learned Debt Recovery Tribunal (I), Chandigarh, in S.A. No. 177 of 2023. 2. Considering the factual position, involved in the present case, without going into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a request to the learned Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi to take up the matter, i.e. application for stay (Diary No. 1224), which has been filed alongwith Regular Appeal No. 123 of 2026, filed by the petitioner, against the decision of Debt Recovery Tribunal-I, Chandigarh, in S.A. No. 177 of 2023, on 18.6.2026 and decide the same, as expeditiously as possible. Ordered accordingly. 2. The pending application(s), if any, are also disposed of.
