This criminal revision has been filed by the applicant seeking following relief: “It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned order dated 27.01.2021, passed in Criminal MJC No.06/2020, by the learned Judge Family Court Bemetara C.G., in the interest of justice” 3. From a perusal of the record, it transpires that the present revision was earlier dismissed for want of prosecution by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 21.03.2023. Thereafter, the same came to be restored on 11.02.2026 and today when the matter is listed for final disposal, none has appeared on behalf of the applicant to press the present criminal revision. This conduct indicates that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter, due to efflux of time. 4. Accordingly, the criminal revision is dismissed on this ground alone.
