On behalf of respondent-WBSEDCL, it is submitted that despite making attempts to install such connection, third parties have prevented the officials of WBSEDCL. In view of the above, WPA 1837 of 2026 stands disposed of by granting the WBSEDCL officials liberty to take police assistance, if so necessary, in installing a electricity connection at the premises of the petitioner in accordance with law. The costs of any such police assistance shall be borne exclusively by the petitioner. Since, no affidavit has been filed, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
