The petitioner had earlier moved for grant of bail in B.A.No.11654/2025 which was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 09.03.2026. 3. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Parsudih P.S. Case No. 140/2025. 4. It has been alleged that the informant and his cousin were abused and assaulted by the accused persons. 5. Submission has been advanced by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that a counter-case has also been lodged against the informant party with respect to the same cause of action being Parsudih P.S. Case No. 141/2025. 6. It has been submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A.No.7216 of 2025. 7. Learned Counsel adds that the main allegation of assault has been attributed to Jawed and Sikandar and so far as petitioner is concerned, the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. 8. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. ( 2026:JHHC:8167 ) 9. Regard being had to the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner and his participation being general and omnibus in nature, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Jamshedpur in connection with Parsudih P.S.
