JUSTICE N. UNNI KRISHNAN NAIR ORDER Page No.# 5/6 Date : 07-08-2026 Heard Ms. D. Tamuk, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. P. Pangsu, learned Government Advocate, Arunachal Pradesh and Mr. T Tagum, learned standing counsel, Education Department. The present interlocutory application has been instituted by the applicant praying for a correction with regard to a typographical error occasioning in the order dated 07-01-2026 passed by this Court in I.A.(C) No. 319/2025. It is projected that vide the said interlocutory application, the applicant, therein, had sought for impleading themselves as respondents in the W.P.(C) No. 552/2025. It is submitted that there were in total 15 applicants who had sought to such impleadment. The said impleadment was allowed by this Court vide order dated 07-01-2026 passed in the said I.A.(C) No. 319/2025. However, while impleading the respondents, it was directed that the respondents are to be impleaded as respondent Nos. 7 to 15. It is projected that on account of the said typographical error occasioning in the said order, all the 15 applicants could not be deemed to have been impleaded in the connected writ petition. Accordingly, the present interlocutory application has been filed to correct the typographical error, inadvertently entering in the said order dated 20-01-2026. The prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant is not objected to by the learned counsel for the respondents. This Court, on consideration of the matter finds that the typographical error admittedly had occasioned in the order dated 07-01-2026 passed by this Court in I.A.(C) No. Page No.# 6/6 319/2025, wherein it has been projected that the applicants, therein, had been permitted to be impleaded themselves as respondent Nos. 7 to 18 in W.P.(C) No. 552/2025. In view of the above, the paragraphs in the order dated 07-01-2026, wherein the said typographical error has occasioned is extracted hereinbelow: “After considering the submissions at the Bar, the prayer is allowed. The applicants are hereby allowed to be impleaded as respondent No. 7 to 18 in W.P.(C) No. 552(AP)/2025” The said paragraph would now be read in the said order dated 07-01-2026 as follows: “After considering the submissions at the Bar, the prayer is allowed. The applicants are hereby allowed to be impleaded as respondent No. 7 to 21 in W.P.(C) No. 552(AP)/2025” With the above observations and directions, the present interlocutory application stands disposed of.
