It is pointed out by the learned advocate appearing for the appellants that the respondent No. 2, Sayantika Bhattacharjee, who was a claimant in the said claim case has attained majority at the time of preferring the appeal. Thus, the majority of the respondent No. 2 in 386 of 2022 be rectified and the respondent No. 2, Sayantika Bhattacharjee be treated as major. 2 The department shall carry out the amendments within two weeks.
