It is stated that the petitioner’s application for change of the name and change of status needs to be decided by the respondent no. 2. 3. The change has occurred as the petitioner is converting from the all girls college to a co-ed college. 4. For the said reasons, issue notice. 5. Mr. Rupal, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No. 1. 6. Since, the relief is only against respondent No. 2 to decide the representation of the petitioner, the petition is allowed directing the respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously and not later than 2 weeks from today. 7.
