By order dated 24.02.2026, the learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to take steps for service of notice upon the respondents. However, no steps have been taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner. At this stage, Mr. Picha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, despite repeated communication made by him, no further instructions have been received from the petitioner. He further submits that it appears that the petitioner is no longer interested to pursue the matter. Therefore, he submits that he is no longer pressing the matter.
