Case No.67 of 2025 corresponding to S.T. No.413 of 2025, for offences under Sections 103(1), 238(a)/61(2)(a)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023. The case is presently pending before the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-VII at Giridih. 2. Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner, learned A.P.P. representing the State and learned counsel representing the informant. Perused the material available on record and also gone through the impugned order. 3. Opportunity was given to the State and the informant, which they availed and opposed. 4. The petitioner is the husband. There is an allegation of torture and assault upon the deceased (wife of this petitioner). The petitioner fled from the house after the death had taken 2026:JHHC:5285 2 place. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release this petitioner on bail. 6.
