JUSTICE BUDI HABUNG ORDER 19.08.2026 Heard Mr. T. Gyatso, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. T. Jini, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent. Mr. Gyatso, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that the trial in Sessions Case No. 219/2013, arising out of DMK P.S. Case No. 30/2013, registered under Sections 397/120B of the IPC read with Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, has been completed and the matter has been fixed for delivery of judgment. Since the matter has already been reserved for judgment, the present petition has become infructuous. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the same. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the applicant and also the fact that the case before the learned Trial Court has already been fixed for delivery of judgment, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
